The transport of your package
Packages are generally shipped within 72 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is postage with tracking, delivered without signature. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken for packages containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.
The return of your package
In the event that the product ordered is not satisfactory, the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The returned product must not show signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging with all its accessories. The reimbursement of the latter, excluding shipping costs, will be made once received and checked by our services.
Replacement, exchange, after-sales service
In case of product defect and after analysis of the defect and acceptance by our services, the product will be replaced by an identical or similar product depending on availability. In this case, the cost of returning the defective product will be borne by the customer and the sending of the replacement product will be at our expense, provided that it is returned to the same address as when the order was originally sent. . If the product should be sent to another address or another country, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
